    Eleganza Properties will sign a lease agreement with mutually agreed upon terms like any other tenant and will be the designated lease signee/holder. Under that corporate lease agreement, our clients will utilize the unit anywhere from 3-120 Days.
  • Is this a subleasing arrangement?
    No, Eleganza Properties will be the sole lease holder and does not add any of our guests to the lease or transfer lease obligations to them.
  • What kinds of clients do you work with?
    Our clients are traveling professionals and vacationing or displaced families and individuals. We exclusively serve pet-free, non-smokers, who have successfully passed a criminal/credit background check.
  • What if your clients need help?
    Our clients' needs during their stay are managed inclusively by Eleganza Properties, and we work to ensure they are not otherwise disruptive to you or your community.
  • What will it cost to work with you?
    There is no cost to you in this partnership. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience where you receive consistent rent payments to meet your cash flow goals.
